GCB Building Group is seeking an experienced Lead Residential Carpenter to join our Field Operations team. Responsibilities
- Execute and manage rough and finish carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and trim work.
- Lead job sites and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to GCB quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specs.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- Eventually lead your own crew and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.
- Track materials, tools, and daily progress efficiently.
- Represent the company professionally to clients and partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of residential carpentry experience, with exposure to various trades.
- Proven ability to lead on-site teams or projects.
- Proficient in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and trim installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements is required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
$60,000-$80,000 per year (Based on experience)
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends based on project needs

Onsite - GCB Building Group field projects throughout the greater Palm Beach Gardens, FL area as assigned.
