Ben Hardy & Company Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling Location: San Francisco, CA Job Type: Full-time (W-2) Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime may be available) Overview Ben Hardy & Company is hiring a Lead Carpenter to support high-end residential remodeling projects in San Francisco and surrounding areas. This role involves both structural and finish carpentry, working closely with a small, experienced team to execute detailed, design-focused renovations. What You'll Do Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, and cabinet installationInterpret construction drawings and coordinate with project leadsMaintain quality standards across all phases of constructionSupport coordination with subcontractors and other trades on-siteIdentify and resolve construction challenges in real timeFollow all job site safety requirements and company procedures What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential carpentry experienceExperience with both rough and finish carpentryAbility to read and work from plans and specificationsStrong attention to detail and job site organizationReliable transportation to job sites in San Francisco and nearby areasFamiliarity with Procore or similar project management tools is a plus About The Company Ben Hardy & Company is a residential general contractor serving San Francisco, Marin, and Alameda counties.
