Lead Caregiver & Mentor

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional, compassionate care to clients in their homes.
• Mentor, coach, and support caregivers in the field.
• Aid in new caregiver orientation, training, and onboarding.
• Complete quality assurance visits and client check-ins.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Solve care concerns and support scheduling needs.
• Collaborate closely with our office team to ensure excellent client care.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for urgent client needs.
• Attend leadership meetings, trainings, and company events.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the Mankato and Owatonna service areas.
• Ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs.

Schedule

Monday–Friday standard schedule
One weekday on-call rotation (8:00 AM–10:00 PM)
Weekend on-call rotation approximately every 5th weekend
