About the role
The Lead Business Analyst is a high-impact individual contributor with potential management responsibilities. This role partners with business and technology teams to deliver technical products from inception through ongoing maintenance, supporting enterprise transformation at Parametric.

- Model strong business analysis practices through high-quality documentation, stakeholder engagement, and effective use of tools, including AI, to improve team productivity and outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis
- Strong domain knowledge of asset management and equity direct indexing
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with peers, technology colleagues, and business partners, including strong questioning and listening skills
- Tailor communication to the audience, delivering clear and concise messaging appropriate to their level of understanding and interest
- Document meetings and work, and communicate decisions through concise written content
- Advanced experience working with Agile/Lean/Kanban software development processes
- Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping, including but not limited to Excel, Visio, Lucid, and Figma
- Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet deadlines
- Ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously
- Advanced skills using data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, Visio, Lucid, Figma, Tableau, and Python

Salary range for the position: $115,000 - $225,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $115,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
