LEAD BINGO SUPERVISOR | CAZ

Responsibilities

• Enforces Internal Controls and Policies and Procedures for the Bingo Hall.
• Maintains day to day Bingo hall operations including patron relations.
• Directly supervises the activities of all Bingo staff as well as performs the functions of every Bingo staff member.
• Ensures employee/patron compliance to regulatory, departmental and casino policies and procedures for efficient gaming operations.
• Detects and takes action against cheating, fraud and other disruptions as company policy dictates.
• Recruits and trains Tribal Members, consistent with the casino’s Community and Indian Preference guidelines.
• Develops strong relationships with customers to enable them to receive the maximum enjoyment and entertainment of the games.
• Orders and assures adequate supplies are on hand for successful operation.
• Aids in the development of program changes, special promotions and customer recognition.
• Proficient in the Bingo Floor Clerk, Paper Room Attendant, Paymaster and Bingo Caller roles and fills in when required.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Credit Card Compliance requirements and adheres to PCI regulations.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience and 3 years in bingo operations with 1 year in a bingo supervisory role.
• Intermediate PC skills required.
• The ability to effectively work with customers and employees.
• The knowledge and ability to train in all aspects of bingo, including customer service skills.
• Good problem solving and team building qualities are essential.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience required.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• The ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team across departments and levels of management.
• An upbeat and friendly personality and present a well-groomed appearance.
• The willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
