Job Responsibilities
- Provide supervision on paraprofessionals
- Provide parent training
- Help recruit ABA therapists
- Conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance
- Design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis
