About the Role

One of our established clients is expanding its ABA services at its Shelton and Southbury, Connecticut locations and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing ABA team. This is a private-practice environment offering both clinic-based and in-home ABA services throughout Connecticut. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Active Connecticut Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with BACB supervision, staff hiring, and employee training
  • Completion of the required 8-hour supervision training

Responsibilities

  • Train newly hired BTs and RBTs, including completion of required RBT competency assessments
  • Maintain a smaller caseload while providing approximately 24 billable hours of direct therapy per week
  • Travel between the Shelton and Southbury locations as needed for staff supervision and clinical services
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs regarding technicians and client programming
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review staff performance and provide guidance and feedback
  • Complete annual performance reviews for BTs and RBTs
  • Conduct 90-day check-ins for BTs and RBTs
  • Oversee RBT competencies and supervision requirements
  • Collaborate with ABA leadership on clinical needs, program updates, and staff development initiatives
  • Support ongoing staff development and clinical quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

$90K-$95K Salary
