About the role

We’re looking for a certain kind of clinician: a BCBA who aspires to have their kids make breakthroughs families talk about for years, whose BTs and RBTs grow into better clinicians because of their mentorship, and who can hold scientific rigor in one hand and steady, sensitive care in the other and never let go!

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Serve as a strong clinical leader, providing mentorship and career pathways
• Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
• Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child at the center

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in evidence-based practices
• Ability to lead and mentor others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
