About the role

We're seeking a BCBA who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. As a Teammate, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Serve as a clinical mentor and coach for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate closely with families and Caravel teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child at the center of care
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and advance career growth

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
