Lead Bank Operations Specialist
About the role
A Lead Bank Operations Specialist is an elite financial industry professional with strong expertise in bank operations function processing. This role plays a crucial part in the bank's mission to maintain a professional and team-oriented corporate culture through managing workflow, scheduling, and administration of an assigned team within Bank Operations. The role works under the guidance of a Bank Operations Supervisor to ensure all team functions are processed according to service standards.
This role promotes the bank's vision of leveraging the full capabilities of its people by ensuring continual development of Bank Operations personnel within the assigned team and coaching team members to exceed expectations in the marketplace while honoring CNB's Core Values. Individuals in this role have an exceptional grasp of Bank Operations functions, serve as subject matter experts, participate in department and corporate projects, provide input on prioritization of future projects, and focus on developing both themselves and those around them.
Responsibilities
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and administration of an assigned team within Bank Operations
- Ensure all team functions are processed according to service standards
- Develop and coach Bank Operations personnel to exceed expectations
- Serve as a subject matter expert in bank operations functions
- Participate in department and corporate projects
- Provide input to the department management team on prioritization of future projects
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or a related field (normally required)
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Specialized banking operations education and training with focus on Deposit Products (required)
- CNB Intermediate FSR training (preferred)
- Three to five (3-5) years' experience in related positions (normally required)

Pay
Compensation range: $23.25 - $25.50 per hour. The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on factors including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
