We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate etc.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About The Opportunity (intro paragraph). Could be "About the role" heading.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (bulleted). The posting includes many responsibilities: "Your role will be to work with staff in business development, draft proposals, oversee and improve team procedures, develop and lead projects, oversee fieldwork, assist with field logistics, complete analysis of results, and draft technical reports." Then later "Strategic Project Leadership: ..." etc. Also "Additional Job-Specific Responsibilities". So we can combine into a list.
- Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications, Experience And Qualifications For Success, Preferred Qualifications, Other Job Conditions, Safety Expectations, Work Environment, etc.
- Skills: maybe technical writing etc.
- Benefits: "Eligible employees may also receive performance-based bonuses. As a 100% employee-owned company, we invest in your future. Our Total Rewards package includes an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, 401(k) with profit sharing, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities."
- Pay: Pay Range details.
- Schedule: maybe hybrid/remote work environment, travel 20%, etc. Could be schedule.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must not include application instructions, EEO, legal, etc. Remove "Application Deadline", "Closing", "If you need accommodation", "Use of Technology in Hiring", "Candidate Use of AI", "Equal Opportunity Employer", etc.
Also remove "About SWCA" maybe? It's about company but could be considered part of About the role? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine About SWCA into About the role? But we have "About The Opportunity" and "About SWCA". Both are descriptive. Could combine into a single "About the role" paragraph that includes both? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit details. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could create a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings list? Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About the company". Could we put company info under About the role? Probably acceptable: About the role can include description of team and company. We'll include that.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for the title.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll produce something like:

maybe combine with Qualifications? But we have separate headings allowed: Requirements and Qualifications. Could split: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications, Experience And Qualifications For Success, Other Job Conditions, Safety Expectations, Work Environment? Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications? But we need to avoid thin sections. Maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we have both headings allowed; we could use both if they have substantive content. Let's decide: Use "Requirements" for mandatory qualifications (minimum qualifications, experience and qualifications for success, other job conditions, safety expectations, work environment). Use "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications (PhD, 10 years supervisory, etc). That seems reasonable. Skills: maybe list technical skills like technical writing, quality control, communication, problem-solving, ability to travel, etc. Could be a separate section. Benefits: as described. Pay: pay range. Schedule: hybrid/remote, travel 20%, work environment outdoors etc? Actually schedule could be hybrid/remote and travel. We'll include schedule. Now we need to extract precise text. Let's gather content. About the opportunity paragraph: "About The Opportunity SWCA Environmental Consultants is looking for a Cultural Resources Lead-level Archaeologist - Principal Investigator to join our Pacific Northwest Subregion. Also remove "This Requisition Can Hire At Two Levels" maybe keep the levels info as part of responsibilities? Actually it's about levels; could be part of Requirements. We'll keep the info about levels but not as a heading. We'll embed in Requirements. We'll keep the rest. Now About SWCA paragraph: "About SWCA SWCA Environmental Consultants is a 100% employee-owned environmental consulting firm providing full spectrum environmental services across the United States. Now Responsibilities: list from "Your role will be to work..." plus the strategic project leadership bullets etc plus Additional Job-Specific Responsibilities.
