Lead Appliance Repair Technician

If so, we are looking for a Lead Appliance Repair Technician who values working with people they actually like, having fun while working, and protecting free time. You’ll enjoy working with our team, with no nights or weekends, and receive ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.

• Getting from Diagnosis to Solution: Help customers understand what needs to be done to resolve their issues quickly.

• Efficiency: Manage time effectively to respond to all customer needs for the day.
• Punctuality and Reliability: Be available and show up on time to meet customer expectations.

• Thirst for Knowledge: Stay updated on new appliances and features through regular training and research.
• Desire to Share Knowledge and Skills: Enjoy teaching other technicians the skills required for the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
