Lead and Assistant Teacher

About This Role

Cradle to Crayons Preschool in Spooner, WI is seeking a qualified Lead and Assistant Teacher to work with Mixed / All Ages in a center-based environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.

What You'll Do

• All teachers are responsible for the safety and well being of the children.
• Lead Teachers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the classroom: a few of the main duties are creating and implementing lesson plans, keeping portfolios and observations up-to-date, caring for the children and creating a safe place for them to learn through play.
• Assistant Teacher are responsible for helping the Lead Teacher in the day-to-day operations of the classroom.

Requirements

• Lead Teachers must have the minimum amount of education required by the State of Wisconsin.
• All teachers must have CPR training, Abusive Head Trauma training, Mandated Reporter training, High School Diploma

Benefits

• This Lead and Assistant Teacher role pays $15 to $17/Hr.
• This job is Full Time.
