About the Role
The Lead Epic Analyst is responsible for providing the highest level of tactical and operational support for the implementation of Enterprise Clinical IT systems. Assists, facilitates, and leads the design, implementation, optimization, change management, and issue resolution related to the enterprise system and the clinical and business workflows it supports. Requires extensive experience working with enterprise systems such as the Epic platform as well as the applicable clinical and/or business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical and operational support for Enterprise Clinical IT systems implementation.
- Assist, facilitate, and lead the design, implementation, optimization, and change management of enterprise systems.
- Resolve issues related to the enterprise system and the clinical and business workflows it supports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Epic Module Certification within 6 months of employment start.
- 4+ years of previous work-related experience.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with either clinical or financial systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or major in Computer Science.
- ITIL or PMP Certification.
- NYS Clinical licensure (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other relevant allied health professional).

Pay
Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000/Annual
Schedule
All roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
