EHR Application Analyst - Lead

About the role

The EHR Application Analyst Lead is the most senior individual contribution on the analyst team, serving as the primary subject matter expert for complex Electronic Health Record (EHR) system issues, configurations, and optimization. This role tackles the highest-complexity work, holds multiple Epic certifications and serves as the top technical escalation resource for the team. The Application Analyst Lead also takes on coordination responsibilities – helping organize team workflows and supporting project management – while driving continuous improvement and sharing deep expertise across
