Lead Analyst - Digital GSM Finance

About the role

The Lead Analyst role is part of the Digital Global Marketing team at DePuy Synthes, focusing on future robotics, navigation, and digital solutions. The role involves providing financial insights, driving strategic initiatives, and shaping the new marketing organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Drive valuation and early business case generation for acquisitions, partnerships, and internal innovation related to Digital products
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategy through optimizing innovation portfolio, evaluating financial considerations, scenario assumptions, and potential business impacts
• Provide financial support through key governance milestones, including stage gate reviews and launch excellence reviews
• Manage and develop an analyst responsible for supporting the navigation pipeline, including financial analysis, portfolio insights, and business case support
• Support commercial launch of products as they progress through pipeline
• Deliver executive communication regarding business results and financial drivers
• Challenging business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios, and educating business partners on financial issues and concepts

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• A CPA, MBA, CMA, or other related certification preferred
• Minimum of three years of finance, business experience or related leadership experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Advanced Excel and Presentation skills required
• Collaborative and inquisitive style while working with a cross-functional organization with many partners
• Ability to apply data and strong analytics to influence executive decision making
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with various levels of management and external customers
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Pay

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $94,000-$151,800. Additional information can be found here.
