About the role
The Role As a Lead Finance Analyst – Global Partner Solutions (GPS), you will play a critical role in supporting the financial and strategic direction of a partner-driven sales organization. This position partners closely with sales, strategy, product, and finance stakeholders to deliver insights that inform key business decisions. This role is designed for a highly analytical finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling insight-driven decision making.
- Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities aligned to partner-driven revenue streams.
- Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics; translate findings into actionable insights.
- Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks to measure business success.
- Partner cross-functionally with revenue operations, sales, product, and finance teams to align insights with business priorities.
- Support monthly close processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial results.
- Identify risks and opportunities across the business and proactively recommend actions.
- Produce executive-ready reporting and presentations that synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
- Lead and support special projects related to operational excellence, transformation initiatives, and partner strategy.
- Continuously enhance reporting tools, processes, and analytical frameworks to improve efficiency and impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related strategic finance role.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Background in technology, telecommunications, or related industries.
- Experience with KPI development, performance management, and executive reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP, SAC, Salesforce, or similar enterprise financial and data systems.
- Exposure to dashboarding or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Interest or exposure to emerging analytical tools, including AI-enabled capabilities.
