About the Role
Located at 920 Wildwood Dr., Jefferson City, MO, in the Division of Regulation and Licensure. The position is part of a collaborative team dedicated to promoting health and safety by protecting Missouri’s residents through the licensure and regulation of the State's health care facilities. Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Communication: answer phones; prepare correspondence.
- Administrative Support: file records; process applicant materials; archive documents; process expense accounts and hotel bills; order supplies; arrange in‑state and out‑of‑state travel; process work orders and invoices; inventory tracking; perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to learn new software and administrative processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Experience maintaining confidential records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in the paycheck. A pay differential does not raise the base pay.
