Lead Abatment Supervisor

Lead residential abatement projects with disciplined field execution, strong safety standards, and full ownership from setup through clearance. If you are a hands-on field leader who believes safety, quality, and compliance have to be right every time, this role is built for you. You know how to review a job before work starts, organize the crew, verify containment and PPE, and keep execution moving without losing control of the details. You are comfortable making decisions in the field, correcting problems immediately, and holding others accountable to established standards. We are looking for someone who combines strong construction judgment with disciplined follow-through and takes ownership of each project from initial setup through final cleaning, documentation, and closeout. THE ROLE As our Lead Abatement Supervisor, you will oversee residential lead paint abatement projects from site preparation through final cleaning and closeout. You will organize crews, materials, equipment, work areas, and daily priorities while verifying that containment, signage, PPE, dust-control measures, and required protections are maintained throughout the project. You will monitor workmanship, productivity, safety, and scope compliance, perform regular field inspections, and take prompt corrective action when issues arise. This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who can keep projects controlled, documented, safe, and moving toward required clearance and turnover. ROLE HIGHLIGHTS Previous hands-on experience in lead paint abatement, residential renovation, construction, or a closely related field requiredCurrent Lead Abatement Supervisor license or certification required before starting the roleStrong knowledge of lead-safe work practices, containment, dust control, PPE, cleanup, and job-site safety proceduresExperience directing field crews, assigning work, monitoring quality, and maintaining accountabilityStrong general construction knowledge and familiarity with residential building materials, demolition, repair, and renovation preferredAbility to review project scopes and organize labor, materials, equipment, access, and sequencingAbility to identify unsafe conditions, quality concerns, or scope issues and take prompt corrective actionStrong attention to safety, compliance, workmanship, documentation, and detailAbility to manage changing field conditions and multiple priorities while keeping projects movingProficiency with computers and experience using ticketing systems, work-order management software, or similar tools preferredStrong communication, documentation, and practical problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and make sound field decisionsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to travel between assigned properties and safely perform physically demanding field work ABOUT US Simplified Real Estate brings together our real estate businesses, including Candor and Simplified Management, with teams working across investments, brokerage, property management, operations, construction, and related functions.
