About the role
We are seeking passionate, AMI-certified Montessori Guides to join our vibrant community. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience as a Montessori Guide, a genuine love for nurturing independent, curious learners, creativity, warmth, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Lead child-led learning experiences that foster independence and curiosity.
- Collaborate with AMARAN care staff to create enriching experiences for both young children and older adults.
- Engage in arts integration, organic gardening, and Spanish language learning as part of daily activities.
- Build meaningful intergenerational relationships through regular visits and shared activities.
Requirements
- AMI certification (required)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Montessori Guide
- A genuine love for nurturing independent, curious learners
- Creativity, warmth, and a collaborative spirit
Qualifications
While not specified, candidates should possess a strong foundation in Montessori philosophy and practice, along with the ability to adapt and innovate within a dynamic educational setting.
