Lead Elementary Guide

About the role

We are seeking an experienced guide to lead our elementary environment at Stella Maris Montessori. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with elementary children, community-oriented, and adaptable to the unique dynamics of a small business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide students in the Montessori classroom
• Work closely with families and staff to support the school community
• Educate and inspire children in a Montessori environment
• Adapt to changes in the curriculum and teaching methods
• Engage with families and staff beyond regular school hours

Requirements

• American Montessori Society (AMI) Elementary certification
• At least 2 years of experience working with children
• Practicing Catholic
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience working in an AMI school
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
