About the role
This position provides clinical services to individuals experiencing homelessness.Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with case managers and social workers to coordinate care
- Provide crisis intervention and support
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LPCA
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
