About the role

This position provides clinical services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with case managers and social workers to coordinate care
  • Provide crisis intervention and support

Requirements

  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LPCA
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience

Skills

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
