About the role
This position provides clinical services to individuals experiencing homelessness through individual and group therapy sessions.Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
