LCSW Counselor

About the role

AACI believes in integrated behavioral health care, where medical conditions and related behavioral health factors are addressed together in one comprehensive setting. This position plays a crucial role in our Health Center by assessing and treating patients, bridging the gap between physical and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally sensitive short-term therapy to referred patients.
• Collaborate closely with Health Center providers to integrate care and enhance each patient's overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.
• One year or more of clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, and/or Brief Therapy Models.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time, 24–40 hours per week (your choice). Hybrid remote work: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite.

Pay

$84,858.00 – $120,000.00 per year.
