About the role
LCSW Assessment Specialist conducts comprehensive psychosocial and mental-health assessments, evaluates risk and treatment needs, coordinates with the interdisciplinary care team, assists with crisis intervention, and helps develop appropriate treatment and discharge plans for patients receiving behavioral-health services.

Requirements
- NC LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- BLS (AHA)
- CPI certification (Handle With Care – can be completed on site)
- 2 years recent acute-care hospital experience in specialty
Qualifications
Preferred: previous experience in a psychiatric health-care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric patients.
Schedule
- Length of assignment: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay
$1,600.00 – $2,500.00
