Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized patient care plans
- Provide individual and group therapy, focusing on evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust patient care plans as needed
- Lead educational workshops and support groups for patients and their families
- Encourage and motivate patients to engage in their recovery journey
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LCAS, LPC, or LCMHC in North Carolina
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to counseling
- Experience working in the addiction treatment field is preferred
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus!
