Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop person-centered treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with other providers and community resources
• Monitor client progress toward treatment goals
• Participate in case consultations
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive clinical environment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Social Work practice, including client advocacy, psychosocial assessment, and resource navigation
• Experience or training in Medical Social Work, including collaboration with healthcare professionals and understanding of the impact of medical conditions on mental health
• Strong Case Management skills, such as care coordination, discharge planning, and linking clients to community supports
• Clinical expertise in Mental Health, including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions
• Knowledge of Behavioral Health principles, including crisis intervention, risk assessment, and behavior change strategies
• Active licensure as LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LCPC in Idaho (or eligibility for licensure); adherence to all applicable ethical and legal guidelines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients, families, and providers
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in maintaining documentation and meeting regulatory requirements, and comfort with electronic health records
• Commitment to culturally responsive care, trauma-informed practice, and ongoing professional development
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
