Layout Design Manager
About the role
Direct the activities of the layout design function involving the layout of complex integrated circuits. Ensure circuits conform to design rules and circuit schematics. Oversee the storage of circuit documentation and develop computer design rule checks. Select mask vendors. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirements
- Minimum education: bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant areas
- Minimum of 10 years of experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
