Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume client legal work end-to-end to the standard of an elite global law firm.
- Codify legal workflows into precise, repeatable steps plans that allow proprietary AI agents to take over manual tasks.
- Collaborate directly with engineering teams to monitor agent output and refine the feedback loop for product development.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 3-8 years of PQE at a top-tier firm like Paul Hastings, Kirkland & Ellis, or the Magic Circle.
- Proven transactional background with a process-obsessed mindset and a natural drive toward legal automation.
- Commercially pragmatic professional who can pick up unfamiliar matter types and translate them into scalable, automated processes.
