About the role
Lawn Doctor is seeking dedicated Lawn Service & Sales Technicians to provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. Ideal candidates are customer-facing brand ambassadors who treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer new services to customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products
- Aerate and seed lawns
- Perform shop work
- Offer new services to customers and prospects
- Enjoy working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Operate machinery
- Talk with current customers and new prospects
- Lift in excess of 50 pounds
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to work
- Good attendance record
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to talk with current customers and new prospects
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Pass a drug test and background check
