Lawn Maintenance Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a team of lawn care technicians
• Develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and environmental standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related field
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in lawn care or similar industry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding landscaping and waste disposal
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with landscaping software
• Ability to train and mentor staff
