Lawn Maintenance Foreman

Starting hourly wage: $22.00+

Responsibilities

• Lead and be responsible for lawn maintenance crews.
• Perform lawn care duties including cutting grass, trimming edges, blowing trimmings, weeding, and landscaping.
• Operate power equipment such as lawn tractors, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, sod cutters, chain saws, snow blowers, and other landscape maintenance equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading and conducting daily inspections of trucks and trailers in the morning and evening.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations, adhering to local health and safety laws.
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courte manner.

Qualifications

• Good work ethic and ability to work well with the crew as a team player.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the landscape, construction, or grounds maintenance industry.
• Capable of operating required equipment (zero turn mowers & walk-behinds) and landscaping tools safely and responsibly.
• Strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various lawn maintenance tasks.
• A valid Chauffeur's License & Medical Certification required.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus.
