Lawn Maintenance Foreman

About the role

The successful candidate will oversee lawn maintenance operations, ensuring all properties are maintained to high standards. This includes supervising a team of landscapers, managing budgets, and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of landscapers to ensure efficient and high-quality lawn maintenance services.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate with clients to address their landscaping needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all local and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
