About the role
S&S Property Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for their team at Greens at Cascade in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all maintenance activities within the community.
- Oversee HVAC installation, repair, and replacement projects.
- Motivate and lead a team of maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents regarding maintenance issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
- At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience.
- Valid Drivers License.
- CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred).

- Authorized to work in the US.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Signing Bonus
A signing bonus of up to $1000 is offered after 90 days of employment.
