Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee lawn projects from start to finish
• Lead others and delegate lawn maintenance tasks
• Lead commercial and residential mowing
• Use hand tools including power equipment (i.e. string trimmers, stick edgers, blowers)
• Prune shrubbery and trees
• Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners
• Serve as a reliable source of contact throughout the day
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• State of Michigan Chauffeur's license preferred
• DOT medical card preferred
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment
• Attention to detail and detail-oriented
• Deliver quality work and services
• Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time
• Maintain a steady pace throughout the day in extreme weather conditions
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Maintain good attendance and report to work on time every day
