Responsibilities

• Leading the Charge: Manage a small crew to ensure every property looks pristine
• Precision Work: Operate zero-turns, stand-on, and commercial push mowers like a pro
• Mowing, line trimming, blowing off driveways, and curb edging (within specific contracts)
• Customer Care: Build lasting relationships, make on-the-spot decisions, and deliver professional advice
• Support snow operations during winter months
• Create and grow a profitable Service Division while maintaining exceptional customer service

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional mowing experience
• Leadership skills to motivate a team and maintain quality without sacrificing pace
• Reliability: Show up on time, every time, ready to work
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to drive a truck/trailer combo
