Responsibilities

- Provide Customer Support
- Present at Trade Shows
- Mentor and Train Jr. Field Service Representatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the field troubleshooting, installation and mechanical experience
- Willingness to be on the road 100% of time and travel to customer sites throughout the US
About the Role
We value previous industry experience, previous technical/installation experience with conveyor systems, previous customer service experience, good written and oral communication, ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes, and a bachelor’s degree or technical/professional certificate.
