About the role
Works in a high-level, fast-paced, and rapidly growing plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, providing superb executive support to the Administrative and Legal divisions of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Answer heavy call volumes
- Process intake information
- Schedule appointments for 15+ Attorneys/Paralegals
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients
- Multitask several different tasks at one time
- Show exemplary attention to detail
- Work well in a group setting
