About the role
The Remote Sales Representative will engage with qualified prospects to understand their needs, describe how the firm's expertise and services can help achieve their objectives, and close business to convert prospects into clients. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role.
Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified prospects via phone, email, and text to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Describe how the firm's expertise and services can help achieve their objectives.
- Closely work with the sales team to convert prospects into clients.
- Manage a high volume of prospects daily.
Requirements
- Experience in auto sales, mortgage sales, personal training, solar sales, or home inspection sales is highly valued.
- Legal experience, particularly in criminal defense, is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence.
