Law Firm Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Run the consult floor and increase conversion rate from 35% to 60% within 90 days.
• Close hundreds of thousands of dollars in new client engagements monthly.
• Perform mock consult roleplays and final interviews with two outside advisors.
• Complete a background check and provide two references.
• Submit a 100-word note explaining the best deal you have ever closed and why it closed.

Requirements

• Not a BDR or intake role.
• Experience closing deals, preferably in sales or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefits

• $60,000 - $80,000 yearly salary plus commission.
