If you are a current law school student living in New Jersey or New York and have superb research and writing skills, we want to hear from you. Our law firm is looking for the next law clerk to help our attorneys shine.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior and junior attorneys, paralegals, and other law clerks in preparing legal memoranda
• Confirm or deny the citations in an attorney’s legal brief in an effort to prepare for trial
• Prepare subpoenas and motions
• Docket deadlines
• Learn about filing requirements for both circuit and federal courts

Requirements

• Detail-oriented
• Strong commitment to ethics

Qualifications

• Current law school student
• Living in New Jersey or New York
• Superb research and writing skills

Benefits

Compensation: $25 - $40 per hour DOE
