Law Clerk

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in legal research, document drafting, public law, and real estate matters. You will provide essential support to in-house general counsel and enhance your understanding of legal processes.

You will stand out as a candidate and be successful in this role by demonstrating strong analytical skills, legal knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research
• Prepare legal memos, correspondence, and other legal writing
• Prepare first drafts of basic legal documents
• Assist with real estate closing preparation
• Assist with document/contract approval and signature process
• Maintain legal records and files
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Current student in good standing at an accredited law school
