Law Clerk

Responsibilities

• Assisting attorneys representing indigent defendants by providing support such as legal research and writing.
• Interviewing clients and performing other duties as required.
• Working in both office and courtroom settings.
• Traveling is required.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of twenty-four semester hours at an American Bar Association accredited law school.

Special Requirements:

• No substitute Education for Experience.
• No substitute Experience for Education.
• No special requirements (Age, Licensure, Regulation, etc.).
