Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research to support proceedings
- Aid in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to assist in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
- Absent from court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with legal research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritization and multitasking ability
- Deadline and detail-oriented
