Law Clerk

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support proceedings
• Aid in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to assist in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information
• Absent from court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with legal research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prioritization and multitasking ability
• Deadline and detail-oriented
