Laundry Supervisor - Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for the staff and complete the work distribution report.
• Inspect all linen to ensure it is cleaned according to company standards.
• Train and supervise all new associates and provide ongoing training for current staff.
• Conduct tours of assigned areas, checking for the condition of floors, walls, vending areas, linen rooms, the status of supplies, and staff needs.
• Write up work orders for all repairs.
• Conduct monthly linen inventories using basic math and maintain par levels in conjunction with the Executive Housekeeper.
• Monitor and supervise laundry aides.
