About the role
The Lateral Integration Specialist supports the acquisition and integration of lateral Partner candidates, including attorneys and staff. This individual oversees the operational and recruiting components of lateral Partner acquisitions, facilitates due diligence, and ensures seamless coordination between Operations, HR, and firm leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational and recruiting components of lateral Partner acquisitions
- Facilitate due diligence processes
- Ensure seamless coordination between Operations, HR, and firm leadership
- Support attorney and staff integration and onboarding efforts in coordination with the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing lateral partner acquisitions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with due diligence processes
- Knowledge of legal and professional practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Legal or professional services industry experience preferred
