About the role
The Lateral Integration Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the acquisition and integration of lateral Partner candidates, including attorneys and staff. This individual oversees the operational and recruiting components of lateral Partner acquisitions, facilitates due diligence, and ensures seamless coordination between Operations, HR, and firm leadership. Between lateral Partner and acquisitions, the Specialist supports attorney and staff integration and onboarding efforts in coordination with the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of operational and recruiting components for lateral Partner acquisitions
- Facilitation of due diligence processes
- Ensuring seamless coordination between Operations, HR, and firm leadership
- Supporting attorney and staff integration and onboarding efforts in collaboration with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and integrating lateral partners
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with legal or professional services industry preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
