Lash Technician - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

We offer pay stability and growth opportunities for eyelash stylists at all experience levels, from beginners to master technicians.

Pay

• Beginners (no experience): $14 – $15 per hour (average)
• Medium level (1–2 years experience): $16 – $20 per hour (average)
• Master level (2+ years experience): $20 – $30+ per hour (average)

Responsibilities

• Design specific eyelash treatments based on our four unique styles and each guest’s individual needs.
• Perform professional eyelash extension sessions.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by state law and studio policies.
• Understand, promote, and sell Amazing Lash Studio® service offerings, including optional upgrades.
• Promote exclusive retail products for guests’ at‑home use and after‑care.
• Create an excellent guest experience with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Provide frequency recommendations and educate guests on proper lash after‑care.
• Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio® referral program.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, education, and training classes with the Regional Lash Trainer.
• Commit to consistently improving skills through the professional development program.

Requirements

• State‑licensed professional in eyelash extensions.
• Positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor.
• Customer‑service orientation with effective communication skills for clients, studio management, and coworkers.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Must be licensed; do not apply if not licensed.
