Responsibilities

• Produce high quality cut parts while operating Flat or Tube laser (including Fiber and C02 lasers) and plasma cutting machines or technologies.
• Maintain materials within the warehouse during different stages of the order fulfillment process, such as receiving, stocking, pulling to process, surface finishing, grinding, or packaging, and loading parts onto transport.
• Prepare and complete work orders, job programming, modify cut nests for material efficiency, ensure all documentation is filled out clearly and in accordance with company ISO standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping and perform all duties in a safe and mindful manner.
• Provide excellent, professional, and responsive customer service (for both internal and external customers), promptly and courteously assisting production team in the efficient processing of all orders.
• Perform related work as required with a strong focus on quality and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Advanced computer skills: proficient at word processing, and comfortable learning new software.
• Safely operates all cutting equipment, such as, but not limited to flat laser, tube laser, plasma cutter, forklift, loading / unloading equipment and finishing equipment.
• Demonstrate the ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine product or job instructions or specifications.
• Master the processing capability of all equipment, maximizing the safe operation of all related equipment.
• Possess the heart to serve and provides an exceptional customer experience and high-quality finished products.
