About the Role

The Intelligence Solutions Team has an immediate opportunity for a Language Development Program Coordinator in Utah. The coordinator will provide services for Language Development programs and training, including Language Analysis development programs, the Language Cross-training program, and various civilian and military continuing education programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support (e.g., preparation, scheduling, enrolling, advertising, delivering briefings, presentations, events, travel facilitation, and open forum sessions) using various Government systems.
  • Compile, assemble, and track routine correspondence and records.
  • Print reports and other documents in draft and final form using word processing software and/or other automated programs.
  • Document completion of program criteria.
  • Create, maintain, and provide e-mail aliases for program members for distribution of development opportunities and social networking.
  • Prepare graduation certificates and assist with graduation ceremonies.
  • Create and update records/reports for language professional development activities and to support language programs.
  • Support program managers by coordinating with other organizations regarding language programs.
  • Collect travel requirements to assist with the preparation of travel spend plans.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling open forum sessions, meetings, and workshops with program members and management.
  • Prepare PowerPoint and other materials for various program manager briefings and presentations.
  • Maintain lists and aliases of language and area studies points of contact, and update as required.
  • Provide administrative support to assist the Government in conducting workshops relating to planning and organizing effective cryptologic foreign language training.
  • Schedule and coordinate periodic meetings to include requirement reviews.
  • Consolidate and forward for Government review external vendor training, Mobile Training Team, and Isolated Immersion language training requirements based on language level and language training history.
  • Perform initial review of Service funding requests for language training based on Government-provided criteria; prepare documents for Government review.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for Isolated Immersions (e.g., scheduling, coordinating, assigning lodging, maintaining rosters, communicating with participants).
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative arrangements for Area Studies courses.
  • Meet skill level requirements for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
  • Associate of Arts Degree from any accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of experience working in a professional or academic environment.
  • Five (5) years of experience working in customer service and data/information management, as part of a team.
  • In lieu of the associate’s degree, an additional two (2) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience (total of seven (7) years) may be substituted.
  • Two (2) years of experience drafting and following standard operating procedures and checklists and communicating with colleagues and customers via written correspondence.

Other Information

Meets normal demands associated with an office environment and possesses the physical ability required for related training or education programs. Ability to work on a computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face-to-face. Some travel (up to 10%, continental US) may be required.

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position is $58,500 - $122,800. Final salary will be influenced by factors such as geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
